OVER DYONNE
ABOUT ME
I live on the outskirts of the beautiful, picturesque city of Haarlem, with one of the best-preserved country estates in the Netherlands, “Elswout,” as my backyard on the other side. I am dynamic, incredibly driven, extremely lazy, and deadly serious, always on the move; usually figuratively, eternally exploring, struggling and rising again, lost in the right direction, and then knowing exactly where I want to go. Classical music and Pilates center me; on the dance floor with club music or during my Zumba classes, I experience freedom and deep enjoyment.
I seek inner alignment by taking a wonderful silent walk in the dunes or the forest, or during an existential exchange about developmental processes with my partner and like-minded individuals. From a young age, I have been insatiably curious and passionate about themes such as transformation, motivation, well-being, finding meaning, growth and the art of living, Western and Eastern philosophies of life, and spiritual movements. Many have inspired me, including Ken Wilber, Kazimierz Dąbrowski, Carl Sagan, Martin Seligman, Jeff Brown, Stephen Covey, Danielle LaPorte, Karla McLaren, Richard Rudd, James Clear, and Ra Uru Hu, to name a few who touch me and influence my work.
Driven by my eternal quest to grasp what it means to be human and the need to live fully and from my essence, I have practiced traditions such as Vipassana, Reiki, Human Design, and the Gene Keys. Through this, I feel enriched, amazed, certainly also confronted and frustrated – ultimately fulfilled and more integrated. A statement that drives my inner evolution is that world peace begins by ending inner conflict – which is not a standalone act but a lifelong task.
I see this as a form of self-love and care that I offer myself, through which, in connection with my rich inner world and my consciousness, I have a foundation to offer to the people around me. It gives me tremendous energy and vitality to discover, meet, and create together. It gives me satisfaction when I can make an impact as people are allowed to discover themselves in all aspects of their gifted selves.
Vulnerable, gentle, honest, endless yet bounded, exploring, not knowing, merging with all parts of yourself. So that you can live as you are meant to live, with freedom, in flow, from full expression, on your terms, in alignment with the world around you! That is the most beautiful thing for me to witness and to contribute to!
Leading a life of integrity begins with formulating and keeping promises, until the entire human personality, the senses, thinking, feeling, and intuition are integrated and aligned.
